Cousin Cole's tracks are played regularly by some of the top DJs in the world: Diplo, Optimo, Sinden, Todd Terje, Pilooski, Cosmo Baker, Scottie B, A-Trak, Steve Aoki, and DJ AM. His "Soulja Boy" remix has gotten primetime airplay by Hot 97 in NYC and Power 106 in LA and is played before Toronto Raptors basketball games.
Cousin Cole also runs Flagrant Fowl records with his partner Pocketknife. Last year they released an indie/folk mix CD, "Tambourine Dream," featuring all exclusive remixes of songs from the likes of Joanna Newsome, Bruce Springsteen, Devendra Banhart, and Neil Young. "Tambourine Dream" has made fans from across the musical spectrum, from Spank Rock to Todd Terje to DJ Ravin of Buddha Bar fame.
Cousin Cole is currently working on the follow up to Tambourine Dream, doing tons of remixes, and preparing the next release on Flagrant Fowl, the "Chicken Moose Rhino Monkey" EP, complete with a music video at chickenmooserhinomonkey.com
